OA Birthday Party 2026 – Conference Feedback Survey

A Note About This Survey

“Always to extend the hand and heart of OA to all who share my compulsion; for this I am responsible.”

— OA Responsibility Pledge

The OA Birthday Party, like all OA service, evolves through rotation. New voices and perspectives help keep our service responsive to the fellowship.

With that evolution comes variety. Not every element will resonate the same way with every member, and that is part of our shared experience. Guided by Tradition One, we seek unity without uniformity as we listen for what best serves the whole.

This survey is not intended as a forum for evaluating personalities or performances. Instead, we are listening for patterns that help guide future service.

This survey is offered in that spirit. We invite feedback that helps us understand how the structure, participation, and conditions of the event supported recovery, connection, and the carrying of the message.

Participation is voluntary. Please respond only to questions that apply to your experience.
