We welcome participation from all members of our Fellowship. Below are motions that have been submitted for consideration on the agenda of the upcoming 2026 World Service Business Conference (WSBC).

While only registered delegates vote at the WSBC itself, groups throughout OA have the opportunity to provide input on which motions should appear on the Conference agenda. This process is known as the Conference Agenda Questionnaire (CAQ), and it is one way our collective voice can help shape the business of OA.
Your group is invited to review the motions listed below and vote on whether you believe each item is worthy of discussion at WSBC. This is not a vote on whether you agree with or support the motion itself—only whether it should be added to the agenda for broader discussion by the Conference body.
Your group’s responses will be combined with others in our service area and submitted to the World Service Office as part of the group conscience process.
Please note, your meeting may want to participate, or choose to allow you to answer the survey as trusted servant.
