The following information is meant to be shared at your meeting. Delegates serve as your meeting’s representative for all business concerning intergroup and providing this information to your meeting.
If your meeting does not have a Delegate, we encourage you to elect someone. The Delegates Meeting is held on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:30 AM on Zoom.

66th OA Birthday Party
Registration is still open! Tickets are $70 and will be $80 on site!
You can also bundle your registration with the recordings for $119.99

HOTEL & MEALS
We encourage everyone to take advantage of our discounted room rates and onsite meals.
In lieu of paying outright fees for the hotel, we commit to a food and hotel room minimum.

For the first time ever we are offering God Box and Vision Board Workshops!
Each activity is $15 and all supplies are included!
As a first time opportunity, we are limiting each activity to 50 people.

This year, you have the option to pre-purchase select swag items, which will be ready for pickup at the Swag Table during the Birthday Party.

If your meeting has collected funds for the Prize Drawing, please submit those donations and specify it is for the Birthday Party Prize Drawing here.

We have a sign-up sheet available, and we encourage All Members to:

The Intergroup requests that all meetings confirm their meeting contact is current and and up-to-date. All meeting updates can be made directly on our website by signing in.
When making donations please use our secure system through the website rather than donating directly via venmo or paypal. Please note after filling out your information you will be taken to the page finalize payment.
