Overeaters Anonymous is a Fellowship of people who share a common problem and are finding a common solution through the Twelve Steps. There's no cost to join, no weigh-ins, and no judgment. Just people who’ve been where you are, and who are walking a path of physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery together—one day at a time.

Delegates Corner
Each OA meeting is encouraged to send a Delegate to the monthly Intergroup meeting—typically held at 10:15 AM on the third Saturday of the month. Any OA member may attend, but Delegates have a vital role: they carry their meeting’s group conscience to Intergroup and bring back important updates to their group.
